Im a beginner in Arduino what and all projects should be done please do help me

Like with many other dev boards, when you want to have a hand on a microcontroller, it is better to start with the basic code : the “Hello world” prohram.
In embedded electronic, the “Hello world” program refers to have a Led blinked, later on you can go with ADC subjects, the next can be the PWM subjects, after you can use some of the sensors (a digital one and one that needs a protocole to work).
I hope that will help you to get improved.

First install arduino ide and run simple examples on your board, then you can learn more from YouTube videos.
