When I generate code from cubemx, I do not have neither inc nor src file gererated on KEIL, Is there any parameter to set in order to have them?

The project directories and it’s names are different for Keil if you compare it with other IDEs. That’s normal. If it compiles and build then their is nothing to worry. Go coding!
