Can I set and connect ground from raspberry with a ground from an external power supply? I’m making a project using adc ADS1115, wich is connected with an external circuit, so there is an error in my measures. Please help

Yes, you have to connect the ground of the external circuit to raspberry ground. Its very important. Alway connect the ground of all your sensors to the controller’s ground so that their is a common ground in your whole setup.
