Raspberry usb port research

Hello Everyone,
I installed Debian on my raspberry 3 B+, I also installed putty in order to monitor a digital power supply via Serial access, the matter is that I do not know how to check in which port my power supply is connected with my raspberry boar via my usb cable.

Do you have any Idea how I can found it?

Hi,
Sorry for the late response. If you are using a windows device, search for the device manger. In the device manager look for COM ports. Find the COM port for your serial device.

If your comport is COM4, just type in COM4 in the Serial line. It will work.
